here's my most recent save(from the beginning of July, my PS2 is messed up now so it won't play the Sharkport disc, but it plays GT3)
The CTR is near the top of the garage, as is most of the hybrids(although they are throughout the whole garage). I have some "normal hybrids", which are cars that weren't in the game that I've made out of the cars in the game, such as a US spec Lancer, MX-6 GT, Probe GT, 323(sorta...), GT Cruiser, and Turbonium Beetle, which are all near the top. Just try all of the cars as is before doing anything to them, I'm good at hybridding and I know what I'm doing. Also, if you look at the Mini near the top, that is also a 1/4mi car just like the CTR, and farther down there is a Lancia Stratos Rally car, which also does the 1/4mi really fast.
Just try them out, you will like them. And don't rev the CTR before the start, just hold it around 3K rpm, and then as soon as the light turns green, slam the gas and hang on, and shift.
