Watch Out For
All of the wall, there are a lot of places that you can touch the wall and be unaware of the touch. Please ensure that you check your replay thoroughly, as there will be no tolerance for wall touching.

Time Verification
Remember, all drivers must send in a replay with their time submission, or you will receive a Black Flag.

T2 50.930 in Free Run ... Definitely a few more tenths to be had there on my lap, but it's not as bad as last time.

The differences will be smaller this time round I reckon, as this combo is a pretty easy ride it seems. Still you can easily mess up when you're driving on the edge of course and it's three laps.

Pretty easy ride, indeed. Still, in 3 laps you've got a lot of opportunities to make a mistake.

T2's: 57.4 & 50.2

After 3 race attempts, got me a clean race with 58.1 / 51.4 and another 51.4. Flying lap splits should be in T2 0.50's as well, and will be after some more practise sessions.
Haven't done any free run laps yet...

@ Momo (Racing Line) – Damn mate, you are having no luck, well that’s not true, you are having luck, but it’s all bad ATM. You can always go back to the dual shock

@ Comrade (Racing Line) – You must need to get your eyes checked Falk, all race threads say no TCS. The web site also say it along with details on AI contact. Can I make you an appointment at the optometrist?

@ Terrible Tigers (Racing Line) – Transmission & control type data was something that I used to do, but not anymore, if you guys want to discuss it, go for it. But as results take long enough now, I have no inclination to make the process any longer.

@ NoQuarter (Racing Line) – Did you get a new Driving Force Pro wheel for your team mate too?

Time for me to try and attack this track!! Here’s hoping that I can get a little more than the 1 hour I got last week

I'm sorry Tosk, but i must withdraw myself from the series.

Yesterday, after 2.5 years of loyal service, my ps2 died. And since i'm on a student-budget, i don't have the money to buy a new one right now.

I'm sorry to drop out like this, especially for my teammate. Hope you'll understand.

HEY HOLLAND, we've got atleast a dozen guys in here who between us have solved every single problem a PS2 has had other than complete system shutdown. we can and will get your ps2 working again in a matter of moments. please tell us what is wrong and we will have it fixed by lunchtime (my time). if you are just pulling out to pull out, we understand that given your recent complete lack of regard for your teammates the last few months. just do us a favor and admit it if it is indeed the case (it's what we're all thinking anyway). if you actually are having mechanical difficulties, please post them here and we will solve. and for the record, i would like to believe that you actually are having PS2 problems, so please post them so my buddy ron does not have to go it solo when YOU agreed to be his teammate.

First session yesterday, and my best race was around 1'00.3 / 58.2.
I'm lucky I have no partner to shout at me for such terrible times.
I hope I get the same line-up tonight. I'm 4th on turn 1 and cars #2 and #3 leave a small gap between them when braking in the tunnel, just enough space for my NSX to sneak through and overtake the #1 car on the outside.
Then I'm rid of the AI cars and the real problems begin

I've send my PS2 to a local repair shop to get it fixed. I hope it will work, and that i will get it back before saturday, so that i can run a couple of laps.

And Max, i understand your doubts, but it is really a ps2 problem.

perhaps. i do not know for sure every instance in which you have dropped out or what time frame it is in. it just seems like it's been a while since you were dependable, that's all. sorry if i was inaccurate in the timeframe.

in any case, i do have another racer who can and will take your place if you do infact not want to run in this comp anymore due to not being able to make a submission this week. let me know what your intentions are in the next day or two.

That's because it's been a while since my last comp. GTD3 was the my first in over 5 months.

I know i have all the opinions against me. If i'm being judged on 1 mistake in 2 years of OLR, so be it. It doesn't really matter.

I drove easy yesterday night to make sure that I have a clean replay to post. The times are crap (1'00.3 / 53.5 / 53.2) but at least I won't be yellow- or red-flagged , and I still have 4 evenings to practice.

I hate this combo consistency is not my strong point and my attempts at this race are flawed with inconsistency, the place where both the T1 and T2 flash on the screen is just a piss take added in by PD to frustrate the hell out of inconsistent drivers like me

I'll be lucky to score top 10 finish this round as my sectors vary from 50.3 - 50.9, my worst bend by far is the chicane after T2 and my favourite time to hit the wall is at that point on lap 3

I'm about to destroy another DS2 so maybe I should submit and get onto some practice on midfield before the men in white coats show up and take me home

It's true that the moment T1 and T2 are displayed is ideally chosen. Even slow drivers like me don't have enough time to read the time and place the car correctly for the next chicane.

Have you tried the MOMO yet on this track Ron? It feels alot better IMO than with the old DS2.

Well, got some good news and some bad news today.

The good news is that my ps2 can be fixed. The bad news is that it will take a week or two. They are pretty backed up, so it takes a little longer than usual.

This means that i can't submit a time this week and the next. So there's nothing else i can do than withdraw and hope that Max's substitute teammate for P has more luck and is a worthy teammate for him.

My worst round as expected and I'm glad its over Congrats to the guys who can nail that last chicane after T2 as i certainly can't

Save has 57.7 / 50.4 / 50.5 but as I said thats before the chicane so expect a lot of loss on each lap.

and i got a new partner for Mr P. so his team does not have to go without points this round and can stay competitive. in the interest of competition, could you please allow this tosk?? if so, i will try really, really hard to not be a pain in your ass anymore (although i can guarantee nothing)
