Total Playtime

For some unknown reason I started wondering what on earth my total playtime for GT5 is so far. It must be in the hundreds of hours somewhere, but I honestly haven't got a clue.

So I thought I'd ask, does anyone know of some secret ps3 beancounter that logs individual games playtime. The only gauge that I know off is the a-spec and b-spec mileage, but that is a poor way to estimate time spent in the game. Especially since it doesn't include time online ( I don't think) time spent tuning, track editing or photo-mode.

Anyone have thoughts, or maybe your own estimates on how long they have played?

I'm not sure but when you click at your gamedata or save and click information, you would see your play time but I'm not sure.

It is. It almost equals the total amount of races you've been doing throughout the game.

Not really, a race day counts even if you exit it. Also, when you restart the track, it doesn't count towards anything.

I remember a while back people were comparing game save sizes, that's how they determined "who was playing longer" lol.

But you also get more MB by have tons of paints,cars,Mc's and gears so, you actually don't know who played the most.

Hence the quotes lol. I thought it was ridiculous too.

For me though, I let the driving tell me how I am and others are doing. If someone is really struggling to keep up, I take it they've only got a few hours in it (so to speak), if someone's lapping everyone, I take it they've logged in hundreds, if not, thousands of hours.
