Touge Sub Forum?

I figure this is the right place to ask, if it's not im sorry.

Was just wondering what would be required for a Touge Sub Forum to be worthy of being made here? I know some people are confused by the meaning of "touge" and asume it's just another name for drifting, which it isn't.

The GT5 touge scene is continusly growing larger, with the Legend of the Streets touge league currently at over 5,200 replys making it the most discussed topic in the clubs and leagues sub forum.

So to keep this short, I ask what would be required for a touge sub forum? And if it will never qualify to have it's own sub forum may I ask why not?

Of course one thread doesn't deserve it's own sub forum I was just using that as my example to show that the touge scene is quite popular.

A search of "Touge" in thread titles only brings up 4 pages of threads scattered about all over the forums. Granted some of them threads do belong where they are posted for example photo/video threads, but most are spread through out the drifting forum and clubs & leagues forum.

It would just be nice to have it all in one place, all things related to it being posted there.
