Yes it does, I specifically referred to Aspec. Go to the tires thread, someone has done testing as well.Nope monza they crawled around the track, my b spec guy was half a lap ahead before the first lap, being on actual rain tires (in the FTG series) and nearly lapped them all by the 3 lap.
And tried softs in the rain and got killed before. So i dunno maybe b spec rain actually works the way it is supposed to,
