You'll want to upgrade it a little to over 100HP if you want to catch up with your friends in online lobbies or if you want to get there fast in first place during an offline race.

Exactly, but there is an rule of Portugal: In inside of cities, you have to drive 50 km/h. National roads outside of cities are 70 km/h and Highways are 120 km/h.

So.. If you put one of those vehicles.. The maximum speed is 120 KM/H.. It would definitely outrun the 2CV or 360 or Beetle.. If you're chasing 'em..

If a car goes more than 120 km/h in a highway and if the Corolla is good to outrun, it will bust the 360 for example. 360 reaches just 80 km/h, so it's a piece of cake!

Tough luck.. I've seen some GTP-ers drive their 360s round the track, and have hit it on the sub-40 second range..

That's exactly I mean: Subaru 360 will have an bad luck with an Police Car Corolla... But I think that this will end in tears: You don't imagine how sloooow 360 is...

Unless that car's engine is a 1.6L 4A-GE making 200+HP with Nitrous Injection these guys are faster on the curves..
