Tickets for cars that are untradeable (ie: Toyota GTone) are just as untradeable as the cars such tickets represent.
Stealth cars are also untradeable, but codes yet to be redeemed most certainly are tradeable.

Get a 01' ticket and keep opening and re-loading untill you get it

That's not true. For example you can trade level 23 and 24 tickets. And they both represent cars +1mill. You can trade all tickets in the game.

Level 23 and Level 24 tickets represent levels. I was talking about individual car tickets. I think you can get the untradeable NSX LM Race car on a Level 17 Ticket too. The 1967 ticket has two 20,000,000cr cars on it as well, but none of these examples have anything to do with the issue at hand. Whether I was clear about it or not, I was referring to a ticket for a single car which had not yet been redeemed.
