Hi,
your in the wrong forum I guess...there's no Minolta in Prologue, you'd have better luck searching in the main forum.

I think it depends on what version of the game you have (NA/JPN/PAL), but check this out:-

In the PAL version, you need to win the El Capitan 200 Mile Endurance, and you can only take part in Enduros once you have completed 25% of the game... but a quick 200 miles for one of the best cars in the game is surely a wise investment!
By the way, this is the wrong forum for this question.. this forum is about GT4 Prologue... (a different game to GT4) and a quick look in the FAQ's would have pointed you in the right direction (as they usually do)... anyway, you'll know for next time, eh? Hope this helps...
