I am giving the final series a shot. Is everyone using the GT40 for event 1? Handles nice but really don't think it is fair to downgrade a 400 to 300 in order to compete.

Yeah, it’s something I wish was stopped.
I’m using the Demio aka “Stumpy”( torque is 57.3kgfm, only bested by the Atenza) for the first race(got my times down to Edit: 25.5). Atenza is about two seconds quicker). I did try the Supra ‘20(low 17s) to gauge its speed over the E46(low 17s), Pantera(high 18s), Shelby GT350(low 21s). 350Z, R34, FuguZ, Mach 1, all fall into the 22-25 second range. GR86(mid 19s) and Alpine feel good as well.

Top speed for the E46, is 245km/h before the pit lane hairpin. Most others I tested, are around 235km/h.

If you want to scare players not using the GT40, for a lap or two, the MINI is a terror. ;) Haven’t run to check tyres and fuel, yet, but it’s stable, quick in the corners and good acceleration. It can go faster.

Peugeot 208 does low 23s. BOP has it at 1404kg:rolleyes: If only PD would handicap the Gr.4 cars like that.

MiTo(22.5) sounds awesome. Its 1.4T pulls loverly. Could match the MINI(1168kg) with some gearing tweaks, but it’s 200kg heavier at 1389kg.

The MK1 GTI(24.1) feels fantastic. Lightweight(1094kg)) Need to mess with the gearing a bit more. Low 23s should be possible. Only got 231km/h out of it. Feels a tad quicker through the corners than the MINI, but the GTI’s 5-speed may be holding it back. 4th-5th acceleration, is lazy. So much fun though.

Edit: Golf VII is no joke, in the FF class. Check the speed.

Edit: Dropped .8s just by switching from the stock differential(5/20/10) to the default Fully Custom Diff(10/20/20)

Edit: I’m done. Found my USA region car for the last slot. So easy to drive. The engine sound ain’t the best, but the car stops on a dime and it’s chuckable.

I kinda lost motivation lately. I ran the two first and had fun but passed on the karts. Now I am second in my province and 14 national so I feel I should do the last.one but I don't want to tune ....
The tune nearly put me off the karts, but karts come up so rarely that I thought I had to have a go.

I don't mind tuning, but I don't often have the time spare to work it out.

Well done.

I skipped the karts too. I just need to improve on my 1st race score of 69pts where I used the non-meta. Setting the bar low so I'm not worried aout tuning, just playing around. :)

I haven't used the metas yet. I used the Porsche 993 on Tokyo and the Mustang on Suzuka.
Haven't decided what to run at Alsace. Maybe something 4x4
