I'd say, if it's not too expensive, the BMW E36 is a good one.
Choice of engine obviously related to what you want to spend.
The M3 is the obvious choice if it's within your budget.
You can ofc tune a weaker engine, but the M3 chassis is good from scratch.
Just rip out the interior, add som Michelin PSC's and you're good to go. 👍
