Seriously though, like someone said, the Test Course is really only fun when you're in a pack of cars going fast and having a good drafting battle. Unfortunately, the skill factor in this track is about 90% car and 10% driver, so if your car isn't on par with the other cars, then you're out of luck. The bad AI really prevents you from having any intense 6 car battles because the cars are often unequally powerful and the computer doesn't know how to utilize the drafting effect anyway.

I completed the Beetle cup yesterday using an unmodified cup car.What a race we had round the Test Course...6 unmodified cup cars all jostling for position,at the end i won...naturally and only 1 second was the difference between 1st and 6th place!!!

going 200-250 mph on test track looks like your going 70mph in real life.

Old school test course is more fun to race on, new test course is more for testing and top speed. The like the wind race is a good race and should be the only one. As said earlier, bring back high speed ring!

I've only enjoyed one race on Test Course. I think it was Like The Wind, where I managed to get a good draft through the last corner and zoom past the three cars in front. A Polyphony001 is no match for a 1000+ HP Viper on that track; too much drag.
