Class! Love it!

Especially love when you're running in Reverse, in a race with tyre wear, and the speed through the chicane varies according to your tyre status! A real thinker in reverse, it's just a blast in the normal direction.

this is my one of my favorite tracks in the game because its so fun racing it.

Love this track, it's my tuning/drifting test track. Got alot of sweet drift 1 lap replays on it. About 15 or so using various cars.

This is the best track in GT3...I test every car here...It's also my best track..my friend won't even race me here..he says its unfair..I gave him a 10 second head start..in a 2 lap race and beat him by 2 seconds..We were in the F094/s...my record lap is 51.4...beat that ne one!

I also love this track. It is a blast driving an F1 car on it, especially in the F1 championship!

It's my absolute fave short track, I love driving it in anything.

The only track I like better is R246.

i'll drive anything on both tracks. its just a nice mix of high speed straights and tight corners. my other favorite, although i really suck at it, is monaco, cote d'azure.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but midfield is the one where the start straight goes under a bridge and then around two right turns into a chicane and then down a long straight to start, yes?

If so, it rocks going forward but that slow 90 degree corner is a PITA in reverse.

it's not a bridge that you go under in the straight to the first turn, but it sounds like you're thinking of the right one. the last set of turns are a chicane leading to a hairpin then a chicane leading to the final straight.
laguna seca is another favorite of mine but it's really the chicane at the top of the hill that i love. a friend of mine gets to work at laguna seca almost every year for motorcycle races. he's told me about the chicane and it's more intimidating in real life.

I like Midfield's first two turns for drifting because then once I set my cars to drift those two corners, then i'm practically set for any other course

It seems to be a good testing track. If you can set up a car to run quickly at Midfield, that car will be able to run quickly at any other track with a minor tweek of the gears to use all the top end.

Hmmmmm...

Midfield is BORING.

It's monotonous, it's got about 3 corners where you actually have to concentrate to not stuff up, it just doesn't hold my attention.

But apart from that, I like it.

I'm not a fan of this track at all. It's just not for me. It doesn't have all the turns that are exciting. The only passes I can get are if I do a late apex and get a higher speed entry or out brake my opponent on the first turn.

My favorite would be Grand Valley Speedway because it has all the turns! It even has up and down camber angles turns too!

Therat - mine is 50.153 at Midfield normal. The world record is 49.080.

Well I managed a 50.511, and the record is around the 49.0's
This track is boring. The only challenging curve is the 180 degrees left curve after the first tunnel on Midfield I. That curve makes or breaks your lap time. Its OK to race other ppl on this track.. or rather shame other ppl on it

when you've done midfield in tt1, the rotary challenge, pic 'n' mix and so on, you get a little tired of it. but i'd still run it on occasion.

i love this track because it's so challenging for me to try to get a good time there...the slow hairpins after high speeds, and the long carousel...if your car isn't balanced (including, and especially, hybrids) you're gonna get upset in your weight transfer, and a fast time will turn into a slow one...and dudes, the 50 second neighborhood in a normal f1 is freakin' fast, i can't even imagine it...

Well, I feel it is a gross display of horsepower track. A perfect course to start off trying to beat some of these records in. But, like I said it is a "Horsepower" track. . . Not too difficult or technical for that fact. I see why drifters like it, it is a perfect track to setup the car's suspension. As for racing though, this is by far a bad choice to set a car up in. Your best bets for car setups are Complex & Monaco if you are looking for the real deal. If you wanna get the car ready for most tracks the top three tuning tracks besides those two are going to be Seattle, Laguna, and Trial Mountain, IMO

Well I hold the record for my school.I messed up on that last turn and probally would have managed 51.1..I'll keep trying..My friend is better than me in only one car and thats the RGT..I honestly saw him get a high 56 second at midfield. GT times deleted cuz they thought he was lying..lol He really wasn't...I was at GT3 times then they threw me out for no reoson..I got mad cuz they deleted all my times But that's OK now I go here and gtvault my two fave websites.

Frankly, bobkart is one of the fairest guys on the net. If they deleted your times, it was for a reason.

Generally the deletion of times goes:
Time is questioned.
PM sent to driver.
Driver goes "your al just jelus of me cuz your so slow"
Times deleted, driver banned.

The way to prove your times is to save replays of your quickest times - those which are most likely to be quesitoned - and use an Xport/Sharkport to upload them to the internet. If you dno't have one, send yuor memory card to one of the few thousand people around you who DO have one, or even go and visit them. Beligerence invites deletion.

Let me reiterate for those that don't want to check the link:

therat posted a Super Speedway time of 23.143 in the F094/S. The top Super Speedway time is 24.150 in a 180hp more powerful F686/M.

That is why you were banned. That time is completely fake.

I find it interesting you have a GS2 as well... Could it be linked?

my best is 2 seconds ahead..I accidently put 3 instead of 5 Well they shouldv'e told me.....dangit well thats OK I never got 1st place ne how lol

PS at the time I was mad at my GS2..It deleted my game...Plus I had no other codes but standard codes..Lasy month was when I started getting cool codes.
