Trade limit changed?

I was trading a guy and I sent a 908 from my main account to another account so I could use the other account to dupe it constantly. Well I never used that account to trade before and it won't let me send it to the guy saying you have reached your trade limit. So I set the timezone ahead to make it the next day and its still telling me the samething. I got on my other duping accounts and says trade limit reached. Same for main account. Anyone else notice a trading limit change in the past 24 hours?

I have the exact same problem atm. Last car I sent was like 25h ago.
I just tried to send the next car, but it keeps telling me that I have reached the limit.
Something is wrong, really wrong...
