Tranny Trick

Hey, I'm new to this forum. I was reading some of the 300-mph threads and was wondering if someone could explain the tranny trick to me. I know I may sound stupid asking this, but I didn't want to go through the 300-mph post page-by-page looking for it cause that post is like over 200 pages long.
