Great race this weekend guys, bad luck Emu, I know how you feel about the net, I think i was lucky getting the disconnections over with in qualifying. Race one was a great race, the last lap battle with Rage was intense. Rage was a bit faster, but I decided to not make it to easy for him and held my lines, he did a great job but couldn't quite get there in the end, .003 sec's diff in the end. Great stuff Mate! Rage again amazed me in race 2, with his ability to enter the pitts backwards at 200kmh, outstanding!! Race ya later!

yes it was a great race fewso. need about 3 laps more to get the pass sorted out for the last lap. but to be .003 of was cool enough for me, looking for more of the same in the future.

Rager watched old replay from laguna tried to out do the pink cars manoeuvre into the pits. :) hows our table for the wedding going auts lol.

Haha, don't think ANYONE could f@#k things up that badly! Table at the wedding? Tell ya what anyone who would like to come all the way from Aussie to see my skinny arse get hitched is good enough to be invited to my wedding. Date is 25 October 2014, location is in Hamilton in the North Island.

Rager smoke a bit of grass before the race? I heard Emu did too as his car was tripping all over the track.

Great racing all round fellas. Really struggled with the power drop this weekend so Ill be looking forward to not being the only one down on power.

With you behind me I was putting out some sweet lap times, I think in the future I would like you behind me while I'm qualifying, keep my pace up.

Great racing all round, race 2 was a bit messy but we all showed our pedigre by not letting it get in the way of the racing. Clint let the whole field by to make up for a tap on my rear. Top, clean, racing!
 
Yeah usually pretty meticulous about that sort of thing. Oh well.

Haven't seen the replay but I'm almost positive we made the same decision, go wide, at the same time. I had a wall next to me so you got my front right quarter panel. Figured it was only fair I waited. Not a fan of push to pass :)

Yeah from memory I was lining up the car in front (rager?) and wanted some good drive out of the hairpin to get away from you. Worked out in the end though.

What happened when Tim had his accident, you slowed right down and I wasn't sure why?
 
Sounds like I missed a great day of racing. Bugger I missed it. Congratulations to mr auts your a bit of a demon on the street tracks. Going to be chaffing at the bit after a week away. Will try not to have too much fun on holidays while you're all at work. NOT. Top job with the stuff you put on utube tim, big thanks to your better half for her hard work putting it together.

Thought I hit rage. So waited. Made the catch up a bit interesting
 
what do you mean by her hard work. do you have any idea of how hard it is telling a woman what to do when you have no idea yourself of how to do it lol
 
sorry to all for my race 2 stuff up. saw a lot white eyes trying to avoid me lol. had a half decent run when I wasn't bouncing of walls lol. didn't win a race but got a million bonus points by playing the bumpers and getting the bonus credits. (old pinball joke if any are old enough to remember them lol)
 
Hi guy's what can I say! Tough race for this little black duck. Watched the replay of race 2 ran way to hot into the 1st lefty. Then did the same thing as no chance with clint behind me poor dude had no where to go but to do a emuegg11 on me lol. But the best thing about the race is I had a good qualification again.

From my perspective Rage you have the speed to win races.
It seems to me though that after an error your pace drops off. What tracks are you most confident on? It all comes down to confidence. If you still have it, watch the replay of Indy road from the Silvias. That is the Rager that I fear the most 👍

Just my 5 cents, feel free to tell me to piss off :D

No you'd be right auts but with the group of guys we have, I have the chance to learn to go quicker and more consistent.
 
Great point Rager, that is what I have found.

In another series I was consistently in the bottom half of the field, but due to practice I had my first win in the series the other week and am generally more consistent.

Its all about practice and experience. You can only get so far on your own.
 
practice is something i have time to do, but a have no time to practice. the thing is i would just like to keep it a fun thing for me to do. in the silvia's i started with the controller, then after monza i changed to a wheel, so the transition has be slow but worth it. also the corvettes are a beautiful car to drive so it makes it easer to. also everyone in this group are a good guys that you can call mates. the best thing about this series is that you dont need to win to enjoy it. at grand valley i had a great race with fewso, the best I've had in a long time.
 
after doing a bit of thinking, I have decided to let rager run the series for a while. good leadership is about setting an example for others to follow, and unfortunately my job dose not allow me the time to do this. I am forever coming up with ideas then ringing poor old rage, emu and Luke to test them instead of doing the hard work myself. also I have been running this thing for nearly a year now and hopefully putting Mr rage out front he might be able to come up with some ideas I couldn't. I would to thank Mr rage Mr emu and Mr Luke for their endless patience and support and look forward to been just another racer for a while and let someone else stress over it. lol. my reign of terror is over. the king is dead, long live the king hahaha

I got myself a fantastic new mount this week, finally the G27 has something better to sit on that a couple of chairs and a bit of a shelving :)

You would have been running 463 bhp all ready squire auts. So it is only 10 ponies that you lose from your estate.
