Sorry if this is old news, but good luck Zero... Question for ya though, How can you 'study' for a math test? It has been my experience that you can only "do" math, and through repetition of steps, you simply follow the logical order of steps to arive at the answer.

Did you skip any homework assignments or use your Ti-91 to get answers the easy way? :D

 and good luck,

Peace!

Heh, I'm lucky to have a teacher that only lets us use scientific calculators... it has helped my math skills a lot to be less calculator-dependent. :)👍 This is especially true of trig... it's easy for anybody to type in Arccos(-√3/2) in their calculator and get an answer, but it takes an actual understanding of what's happening to do that in your head.

Well I'm sick today, decided to stay home and aviod the hours of boredom/uncontrollable sickness.

We were supposed to have a test in Geometry, chapter 11 today. That's with the circle area/arc/polygon in a circle stuff, some is easy, the rest isn't.

i did vectors in phys, easy stuff, i just did a test today on trig identities, and last week it was trig functions. what a bunch of crap... i officially hate trig now, just cause it is so damn backwards....

Oh!, only chapter 7? Are you guys going to get through the entire book by the end of the school year? We did linear programming the first semester... ;)

(BTW, my school is only a couple miles away from Six Flags Magic Mountain, Valencia, CA).

7th grade, that must make your trig pretty damn easy
What do they learn in seventh grade... just sin, cos, and tan, right?

Yeah, so far i've done transformations, sequences and series, logarithms, 2 chapters of trig, something else i cant rem :P, next we go on to statistics then cominatorics (sp?) this provincial test is gonna blow....

What I really hate is when you are taught a chapter and when you have the test, half of it is one things you never even learned, thats how my Chapter 9 test was today...I hate math oh so much.
