Triple monitor setup and programs moving to other monitor by themselves problem

Hey guys.

I'm in need of some help to fix a rather annoying problem.

At the moment in my triple monitor, I use mostly the centre and right side monitors. Of course the centre one is the primary monitor where all my programs and folders and such are on the desktop. It's also the monitor where I open up windows for programs, e.g. Teamspeak or Steam etc.

For a while now, programs have been moved to my left monitor (the least used monitor) by themselves.

This can happen if I have been afk for 8+ hours, 1-4 hours or even when been active for several hours and trying to open a new program or window to an already open program.

I have no idea why or how this is possible, but I would greatly appreciate any suggestions to fix it.


- I've tried to reboot the PC multiple times.
- Tried to re-install Nvidia graphics drivers.
- Tried to change different settings in Nvidia control panel.

Probably loads of other things i've tried too, but can't remember at the moment.

I have not tried to clean install windows 10, yet, but would like not too at the moment.

Move it to the monitor on which you would like it to open by default.
Hit the Windows key + Shift + Enter.

Yeah, that's all good and well, thanks.

But the problem is that they move to the left monitor by themselves. Even if they open at the centre one as they should.
