I must agree with the sentiment. To that end:

Twitch-a-Twitch - Evade a collision from the rear at the last possible moment.
Minor Sonic Boom - Drive a vehicle in excess of 380MPH (Mach 1/2)
You Sure You Ain't a Rodeo Driver? - On any version of Suzuka, drive through the S-curve, Gyaku Bank curve, and Dunlop curve at full throttle without dropping any tires onto the grass or shoulders.
One Heck of a Doozy - Win a race against a car vastly more powerful than yours
How Uncouth - Win a race using a car quieter than all the opponent's cars
 
Smog Over Smug Wreck a hype-brid or electric car that was about to win the race
Problem? Win an online race driving backwards in full view of the second-place driver.
You mad? Win an online race while intentionally letting second place catch up so they think they had a chance.
THE GAME Dodge a ramming attack, causing the attacker to hit a sand trap or the wall.
Superiority Beat a powder blue Ford Mustang online with another Mustang painted a better color
Tactical Facepalm Fully upgrade a Citroen 2CV Type A '54
Sonic Rainbust Paint your Mustang powder blue, then enter an online race and come in last

Everyone Out!!!: Restart a race online after A) the Automatic Race Timer starts a race without a majority of the players ready, or B) someone realizes the lap count is set to 3 or more on the Nurburgring.

Mission Impossible: In a shuffle race without skid recovery, beat a 4wd car (aside from a Mitsubishi 3000GT/GTO) with a non-4wd car.

School's Out: Drive a yellow Nissan Stagea.

A Lesson from History: Beat your online opponents in a pre-1970s car.

Golden Learner: 60 golds in the licence tests

I think it would help to make more people better drivers in game.
The amount of golds in licences tells me what kind of a driver someone is IMHO.

I R Fast: Nurburgring Lap in Zonda R; <6:47.50

Note on both above: Sport Softs, No Aids; eg. No SRF, No TCS.

The counterpart to this one is to dodge just as someone takes a swipe at you, so they impale themselves on the pit entry instead. Good times. (Actually, I think it's already in the thread somewhere...)

I'd call it: "I'll hit the brakes, he'll fly right by"
