Trophy: make a part of your car fall off

Has anyone got this trophy yet?

I tried a lot of things, crashed many cars (some with aero parts) but the dmg will keep the same when it's damaged to it's max.
It also looks like standard cars can't be damaged more than premium cars

Could anyone give me some advice?
Like the car they used,

Im a-spec 27 and I want that trophy ^^

Buy a new rally car:
C4 WRC
SX4
Focus rally car
Impreza rally car 09'

Smash it up as much as possible
Do one make race and drive backwards
Smash it up on time trial

Just do it in arcade mode using a rally car on Monza and just beast it down bashing yoself sideways into the barrier...I did it and the door fell off on the second slam
