trouble syncing tablet to ps3

I have am new to the gt6 track creator & I am having trouble syncing my Samsung tablet to connect to my ps3 and I keep getting a error when I do try
to connect the tablet I have about 6 courses I want to transfer. if anyone has a solution to help me,it would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't sync to your PS3 mate, you must upload your new track to the PSN server using the app (make sure you're signed in) then download it via the track maker icon on GT6's main screen.

Also if you have already downloaded other people's track's, make sure you have room for your own as there's a maximum 30 limit.
