Try and beat my stock Honda Integra Type-R 1/4 mile time

are you talking about real life? if not, what does how many miles you have matter? i dont think you break in the engine in gt3

I'm talking GT3, which is why I posted this in the "Gran Turismo 3" forum. And yes, you do break in the engine in GT3.

You sure do... I didnt believe it until I actually saw it working in my Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II (R34). I use it only for quarter miles, and slowly the HP has been rising, but at some point your hp stops going up and starts going down. BTW how come you picked a stock integra type r?

Because it's fairly difficult to achieve a good time on a stock Honda ITR.

I dont get the point of this thread? big deal its stock, you cant change anything. Maybe if we had a flywheel, clutch, and tranny would be nice, and little suspnsion if anything? we would have something to compete with.

driving cars without custom settings usually shows the driver's skill, like how fast u can adapt and push the car to its limit

Yeah... i ran in a STOCK ITR no oil not broken in straight from the dealership and ran a 15.602... can you beat that with a stock itr with no oil or anything... its the fastest time i ran...

It is very possible to pull these times. Do not doubt other's ability just because you cant keep up. I took a bone stock Honda ITR no oil change or anything no break in and took it down the 1/4 in 15.622. It's all about skill and very careful throttle control. To tell you exactly how you do it.

Start in second gear. If I remember correctly you want to keep the tach needle at about 5500 rpm. Then when the time starts get some light wheel spin and run it to right under fuel cut which is about 500 rpm after redline in this car.

Yes impressive time Tofo... thats where i avergely run but my fastest and on record is 15.602 cant hit 15.5 i didnt do anything to setting, tires, suspention or anything.... as tofo said he is correct i started at second launch around 6000rpm and youll run good i also redline it alittle pass redline to get that extra boost try it... anyways its possible

THNX roll....... I just hate when ppl are like thats impossible...... quit your whining and go out and try it then talk. The better 1/4 mile times arent hard to come by in many stock vehicles.
