trying to lend a car

I have been trying to get this to work for the last hour.. I put 3 cars out for my friend to borrow (he is just starting the game) they show up in my online part of my garage but when he goes into community and clicks on my name they do not show up. Does skill level have anything to do with it? I put a yaris in there level 0 but some mods he can not see it when he clicks my name. Getting confused..

this doesnt work on mine either it wont lett me send cars because apparently i have used all my trades for the day but i havent traded in 48 hours
