trying to pm for my registration WLS times

im new to this opened an account few moths back but haven't posted during this time untill today.. im trying to register a time in the registry section to enter the WLS but says i can not post.... tried going into chat room and get message wrong user name & password.. i posted nearly 12 hours ago and it did say that ,my post will first have to be approved... didnt think i would have to wait this long... is this normel
 
Yes, this is normal. Please see this post for more information. Also, please take another look at GTPlanet's Acceptable Use Policy. If your first post was not approved, it probably did not meet these guidelines.
