I agree that the NSX-R is faster than the GTR around some tracks, but saying 80% i'd have to say is a bit of an overstatement. They're both great cars but you'd have to take into consideration factors such as driver, tyre suitability, weather etc. I love the GTR and it pleases me to know that i've seen videos of it beating the NSX-R around alot of tracks, but i've also seen the NSX-R beat the GTR around alot of tracks, but the true challenge for both these cars now lies in the Evo VIII and STI Version.8 as both cars are faster than both the NSX and GTR around any track, Nurburgring, Sugo, Laguna Seca(I saw this in real life not on Playstation), so it will be interesting to see what the next generation NSX and GTR's can provide.

Also visit: http://www.tuningpt.com/store/tsukuba.htm but pay attention to the 1:04:15 to 1:05:38 areas as the rest aren't really standard cars but I think you'd like it. Remember also different circumstances because some of the cars are faster/slower than these laps posted (all were posted by BM)

do you have any videos of them, and how is the GTR site coming along?

 please tell me what the evo's and Sti's time around the Nurburgring is... ill be happy to compare them, i WILL BET that the NSX-R will dominate the any STi or Evo stock for stock in mostly all track including Nurburinging. I doubt the STi and Evo VIII is faster than the NSX-R and GT-R. Since the Evo VII beat the 2004 Subaru Impreza STi (the new one ;) ) and the GT-R and NSX Type S Zero (not even a Type R imagaine what hte type R can do) both beat the Evo VII at frisco.

I REALLY WANT TO KNOW THE NURBURIRING TIME OF THE STi and Evo i bet its not even near the NSX-R time. If it is then it beat a 2004 Z06 and a GT3... which i doubt.

Im a big best motoring fanatic and knows alot about the tv show, and since i watch alot of their video i can bet you that the Evo and STi is still battling hte GT-R with a fair fight. It all depends as you say. Depends on Driver, Condition, Track, and Wind. On the 1/4 the GT-R and NSX are one of the best as japanese supercar goes. Evo and STi can really set some times around Tsukuba but thats a short track, the result will be really different around the ring.

I have never seen a video of a GT-R or any other japanese car as fact beating a NSX-R, at least not the new one. Maybe the one in 1993 but not the 2002 model. All the video i see of the NSX-R it dominates everyone. The Evo and Sti and GT-R have hard enough time to beat a Type S Zero, im sure they are no match for hte new NSX-R. NSX-S Zero beat the R34 and Evo VII at frisco with a older model STi (whiched was schooled) and a RX7 if a Zero can do that the Type R (new one) would kill all of it. As of right now i will bet that there is no japanese production car that is faster than the NSX-R on the Nurburing circuit.
