At that Fisco battle the GTR won I don't know what you're talking about and the Evo VII had clutch problems.
Another thing is that the NSX-R does not have the 280hp power limit, it comes in at a clean 400bhp and it doesn't have a 180km/h speed limit either so it can hit its 270km/h speed limit on the nurburgring, how do I know? Honda themselves told me, trust me I live in NZ the biggest importers of Japanese cars in the world, I also drove an S2000 then!!!!!!!! Awesome let me tell you, they wouldn't let me drive an NSX but you'd be amazed how much car dealers suck up when you wear a suit and drive in in your uncles BMW 330i.

As for nurburgring times, the R33 GT-R Vspec gets it done without limiters like the NSX-R in 7.58:96 and the R34 is incrementally faster with/without its limiters so it wouldn't surprise me if it thrashes the 7.56 time of the ZO6, GT3, NSX-R especially the GTR Nur Spec's as they've got more power and better handling then the Vspec-2's and M-Specs, it has no limiters either as they're a limited build as well. As for the Evo's its rumoured that they crack under 8 mins easily but I don't know for sure, but the Evo V has done it in 8.30:46 so with the VIII's better handling, more power and way better top end I wouldn't be surprised, i'm not joking either as the old Evo's usually ran out of breathe at about
150 kph but the VIII's power right through, its not till they hit about 220kph that they "seem" to lose breath but the top speed is about 255. I'm not gloating now but i've been in one of the too, it was my mums friends husbands and we got to 200 in no time.
