TTS Coupé/BYH-R8 engine swap help

I need some serious help here on my TTS Coupé with a BYH-R8 engine swap wanna make it a track monster but I’m a little lost here.

What's the problem? Oversteering?
No no really, when I’m cornering or taking a turn my steering kinda locks up on me and I can’t fully turn on acceleration I’m not losing anything in the back but my front-end keeps locking up on important corners and I’m losing time In a car I know has the potential to be good

If you understeer on acceleration then you can try shifting more torque to the rear (setting is available when buying the torque-vectoring centre differential). You can also try reducing the acceleration sensitivity on the front limited slip diff.

Also note that your ride height is higher in the front than in the rear, that could contribute to the understeering.
 
Are you trying to set it up for 700PP or are you going for a more maxxed out setup?

Normally I'd think the same but the body height is so high in the first place I didn't think it was possible.

Ahaha, I know. But might just be that.

As the front roll bars can still be stiffened, same with the suspension frenquency and damping.
With those Racing mediums, the grip now perhaps can be so violent that it induces some rubbing on the initial cornering forces.

Have you tried fitting the torque vectoring differential? Maybe too much power is going to the front wheels, creating the big understeer on throttle? Try. fitting that and using 40/60 or 30/70 front/rear torque distribution.

IMO, your Natural Frequency is kinda low for the tires that you have fitted.

Your front ride height is also unusual. Is it that much higher than the rear because you were trying to correct the understeer, or is this a preference?
