I was wondering if anyone has tuned a car without adding any extra horsepower & if so which car?

Have a tune posted for a Viper ACR. It was a special tune I did for a prize winner in one of my contests. The prize winner wanted a top handling tune for Nürburgring Nordschleife offline that had only the stock HP. Was a great tune but haven't checked it out since Spec II.
