Tuned Car Championship (Expert Series) too difficult for stock ZR1?

Hey guys, I'm trying to beat the Tuned Car Championship (one race per session, havent had the time to do the championship series) using a ZR1 which is stock except for Sports Soft tires.

These races are stupid difficult, at least to me. I've only managed to win the Special Stage 5 race. I just tried the Suzuka Circuit race and could only stay in 3rd place for the first 4 laps before spinning out and rage-quitting.

Is the competition in this race too powerful or do I just need more practice? Have any of you guys beaten this series with a stock Corvette? If so, any tips?

Hi, get a McLaren F1 (New car dealership) for 1mil. Great car!! You can beat the pants off the EXTREME Euro cars when you get there. Have fun.

Hi, Yeah you need racing soft tires too for just about any race unless your doing endurance. Hey 30,000 cr is chicken feed!! (not real money) You also need "fully adjustable transmission and suspension" and all the tuning, weight reduction, titanium exhaust etc. Give your cars everything you can afford, it will pay off. Win lots of races get to "extreme" Fly around Indy in 3:40.?? and get 98,000 credits each race. A Ford GT LM works very well with no braking!! Have fun.

Hi, me again, don't forget about changing the OIL after each race (GT auto). Put a wing on!! it's adjustable in "tuning". Don't worry about "chassis maintenace", it doesn't seem to make much difference to the perfomance of any car that I have.
