There are more S2000s than that, there's the other Spoon Sports...:p I like the Mugen better.

I only have a Mugen, but I like it because you can get some nice colours that suit the CF bonnet...:)

how did you get power? i bought all the highest upgrades and its still making i think under 300 or maybe just barely above 300, while my spoon s2k is running 444hp.

my spoon S2000 is yellow, not the race edition. i pick spoon =]

Bah, the Spoon S2000 Race Car is the one that's blue and yellow...;)

Meh, milefile, but which do you prefer?

that the race car dodge.... i think the post is about the spoon sports and the mugen s2000... i think a reg s2000 can get the best tuned power to weight ratio.... then spoons then mugen... i just dont like that red **** in the front of hte spoons... and i like the mugen hood ... i would have liked it whether or not it was cf.... its lip is great too

Mugen looks better but spoon just has more history as performing well Mugen has recently been leaning towards the dress up over performance aspect of imports. Big let down

Did you just skip every third word in my post or what? Honestly, you practically said what I just said in my last post!

I'm generally quicker in a Mugen than the spoon and I'm a sucker for carbon fibre currently got a couple of silver stone metallic ones under development :D

If anyones interested theres a sign up for an S2000 short series in the OLR racing forum it does include the two standard cars as well as the Mugen and the Spoon ;)

In a straight across even power race, I tend to be a bit quicker in the Mugen. I have even gone as far as to set up the suspensions and Limiited slip exactly the same, with the gearing only slightly different. I still win in the Mugen car. The Spoon racer by the way, is a pretty sorry excuse for a racecar. Even when it is fully modded. I actually did a pretty thorough comparo of the S2k's. It's in here somewhere.

Edit: See Spot Races and you'll find an interest check for an S2000 Comparo race.
I never closed the comp, so feel free to revive it and jump into the fray.:D
