Tuning Questions for Shelby Cobra

Hello I have some questions about tuning for this car ?
I tried to manually adjust the gears myself but found myself being deadlocked into gear 4 at 156mph.

As you can see the top image is the original, the bottom part is my customed tuning.
Can someone please lend me some advice, mainly what I am aiming for is long endurance races with little sports car.
I was hoping this car would perform like the one in NFS shift series if not better but thats not the case in GT sport,
 
Anywho I found 2 people really good at gear tuning and street racing.
As you will see in this video, it had greatly exceeded my expectations.
So if you will please "daan" close the thread down I fixed it myself.
