Tuning shop question.

Sorry if this has been asked before. Looked but can't find the answer I'm looking for. If it's here then it's buried amongst the thousands...

But anyway, does anyone know what the deal is regarding engine swaps, drivetrain conversions, and aspiration conversions is? Are we going to be able to do them?

I did watch that Tuning Shop video but couldn't really tell.
