turbo sound hack

Hey guys, does anyone know how to get turbo n bov sounds off doing a hack? I saw it on youtube that theres a hack to do turbo sounds but it's on a old update and i have the latest update. I do have a file I can use to do engine swaps n what not but I want to hear the turbo as it sounds mental.
