You would never fully respect and enjoy a car if you don't have a good sense of knowledge on it.

That's such a lie....When I first drove(8 years old) I knew nothing what so ever about cars, besides a motor moves them...I enjoyed it and fully respected it...As I knew more and more about them....The type's of respect and the types of enjoyment just changed, they didn't reduce or grow.

you could see over the windshiled wipers???? I used to do that too my dad would let me dirve in the parking lot....then he got me my very own car....well actually it was a go-cart but still...

I think miata meant respect and fully enjoy, which you certainly can't as an 8 year old.p

Like I said, there are different aspects of respect, and different types of enjoyment...You can enjoy a car in it's entirety without knowing the schematics on it, and you know it....I gaurentee you you can enjoy your car, but you couldn't answer the question of how many bolts are in your car total.

Well without much knowledge you CANT enjoy the car in its full entirity. You cant fully enjoy the engine note of a car or the feel of the rumble from the engine without knowing whats going on to make that happen. Just like in Music. But you can still enjoy it ALOT...

Frustrated palm...according to your idea of "Enjoying a car in it's full entirity" NO one has/will enjoyed a car...ever...
