Turn Pace Car Lights On?

Does anyone know if you can turn on the GT Skyline GT-R (PACE) '01 pace lights atop of the car? Or any pace cars lights for that matter?

No the lights don't turn on, only reason I bought it is cause I thought they would, but to my disappointment they don't

I was disappointed when I saw the lights did not turn on, because in previous versions of GT the lights DID work

It appears occasionally in the used car dealership.
However, it is currently available in the ONLINE car dealership.
