Turning Transparent/Ghost/Chat?

im getting into multiplayer drag racing just screwing off. some people will post total time numbers so we know when to launch. others will sit in front of us and go "Transparent" "ghost" so we know when to launch but how do i go transparent? or even chat because whenever i chat its either out of the race or i automatically puts my car into autopilot. i had a guy keep telling me to ghost i had no idea what he was talking about!
 
yea, hold the brakes too. or e-cheat and hold the e-brake the moment you are about to press start button for faster ghosting. :sly:

you need to hold the brake or e-brake until your car comes to a complete stop. keep holding it an hit start. then you should go invisable and stay like that until the racers pass you. or to type same, hold brake hit start, go to the chat bubble, type alway, and then after you enter it, be on your merry way to kick some butt! :lol:
