Hey all,

I was on Friday night for practice and all night Saturday and into Sunday morning. I didn't see any turtles on my friends list (town, division2) log on except for a few minutes; is there someone else I should have added?

Hey Johnny, you need to go to the "Community" tab which is below "GTLife" and "Profile" and find the Turtle account you want and click on the coffee cup, then click join. The account does not need to be logged on for you to enter. 👍

No, you need the DLC to use SPA. In fact, buy all the DLCs we are going to use them regularly.

Alright, will do! I've been looking for an excuse for a while to get the DLC, so this is a great excuse!

As for turn 14.... No comment

The photo finish was crazy, but I have a feeling the race would have went a bit differently if Martin & I didn't have that intense 4 lap battle for 2nd. Still, great race, by far the most fun I've had in an online race in a LONG time.

I was gonna take pictures, but I didn't have time before I left for vacation 👎

Absolutely, he would have overtaken me for sure. I had about a 6 second lead for the first half of the race, but once you guys had the battle, it increased to 8-9 seconds. Once he passed you, it decreased by about 1 second per lap.

Welcome scraprecon, to the Turtle Racing League - Enduro Racing Series. To make your experience here an enjoyable one, we expect all drivers to follow "The Golden Rule of Motorsports".

The “Golden Rule” of Motorsports - “It is the responsibility of the overtaking driver, meaning the car that is attempting to execute the pass, to make sure that the pass is made cleanly and incident free.”

The reason “The Golden Rule of Motorsports” is the first thing you read when you get to Turtle Racing League and again when you sign up to join us, is that if you do not believe this rule applies to you, then this league is not for you.

Turtle Racing League is a casual, fun, and clean racing league. Therefore, you are encouraged to read and adhere to the GTPlanet Online Racing Rules and exercise Good Racecraft at all times, especially in turn 1. It is the policy of this league (except Division X) for you to hold your position in turn 1 and not try to improve it. We will not tolerate individual drivers taking the fun out of racing for others.

Please accept the PSN Turtle friend requests when they are sent to you. If you haven't already done so, you may (optional) choose a unique (refer to drivers list) car and wheel color combination. You will also need to choose a unique car number for cars with number plates.

Hello scraprecon you dont have to add anyone we will send fr's to you.
When you accept them all you have to do is go to gtlife then click on community and find the Turtle lounge you want to enter and click on the coffee cup, you will see the join screen with all drivers in that lounge at that time listed and click join you are ready to race.
We have been racing in Turtle div.2 and practicing in Turtle Town.
I look forward to racing with you.

Edit: I'm not sure I can even handle one 200 lap race driving in an oval. I crave right turns!

What kind of racing?

Its on a 1/8 mile asphalt track called Speedrome were they have the figure 8 world championship race every year. They call them super stocks and modifieds. The modifieds are pretty fast and fun to watch when they are doing the fugure 8 for 50 laps. pretty fun to go watch they also have front drive cars they call them bombers just stock with all the glass out of it.

Has anyone done laps in the Impreza? How is it on that course? Pretty sticky? Should be a mean s.o.b. throwing it through some of the big sweepers. How are the hairpins? First racecar!! Everyone excited!!

Can you tell I've been away from my wheel for a week and a half now!! I just wanna hammer down on some poor unsuspecting asphalt!
