Hope there will be a good turnout. I'm not very good at NASCAR but they are fun to drive in packs.

Yea Daytona is fun if they aren't overpowered. I like oval racing any way. Fairly easy and it will be close racing, depending on tire choice though
 
RS for me I loose 1.5 sec a lap with RM's, and I can get 20 or 25 laps out of them.

What will the qualifying format be tonight? Are we going NASCAR style, or the regular 15 min. session?

Hey guys, I finally got some time on a computer. You all have a great race tonight. I wish I could be there, but I will be in Puerto Rico for a couple of more days.

Yea, 1 driver go out at a time and after 2nd lap, go to the grass in turn 2 and ghost
maybe when they come around to start 1st or 2nd lap the next car goes out
 
Great race everyone. Nice win Ford. 100 laps nose to tail, can't ask for much more. Also a nice 2nd by Tx. Thanks for coming out.

I finally figured out a way through a USB stick I just kept deleting and restoring game data until I got the car I wanted

Now that looks like a NASCAR Race! If I hadn't been in Puerto Rico I would have definitely been there. That looks like fun!

I had a lot of fun. Rarely did I race alone, and seeing Spaz spin in front of me like that and then barely missing him put a smile on my face. No offense Spaz, its just cool to see a bunch of smoke and then barely miss you to come out unscathed.

That was with 7 racers. I can only imagine that with a field of 12 or more how intense it would be.

Now imagine 43 drivers on that track at the same time.

wow that was close! Its alright. I've been through the same. It is pretty cool when you get through a wreck. I don't even remember that.

I wish we can get even more than 16 on these tracks. That's one thing I never liked about Gran Turismo. Played it for so long with only 6 cars on track. 16 in GT5 it's like my birthday still.

Race Recap

FLEX Motegi 300 was a great night of racing. There were no disconnects and some very close racing all 300 miles. Ford-Racing took the lead on lap 1 and never looked back. Running a very fast and consistent race.👍 Nice win. martin_ky was on his tail for the first half with TX_Executioner never far behind. TX's consistency paid off when an accident took out martin and noobs allowing TX to take second. Excellent racing by all!
