Welcome Bravojon. Take a look at the drivers list and pick an unused car/wheel color combo and number. We look forward to seeing you on track.
 
I got an idea for a 2 race event. we run F-1s first then right after that run the 427 cobra

As I understand this cause I'm new is that I need to buy a stock cobra from the dealer list and add no tuning to it just and oil change right? And is Cote the only track I need to practice on?

Yes, that is correct. Although you wouldn't add no tuning, just leave it as is unless you want to change the brake balance, torque split, or use the engine limiter.

Also please refer to the drivers list and choose an unused color combination. The one you chose is already in use. Car #44 is available though. Thanks!

Help I'm new so I'm trying to figure this out. I sent a friend request to TURTLE_Town in PSN to sign onto the lounge but they having accepted yet. Is that the wrong PSN?
 
Nope, due to the holiday the scheduled races are not happening. Check out the race schedule for both leagues, the dates are in the races listed. There is an unofficial race tomorrow though that is being discussed in the enduro thread.
