i Woin the PD in the Tuscan.. It's a HARD battle though.. I can tell you that.. *well for me it was hard.. i had the Nissan Z concept in mine..* Run on super slicks....

It's possible to win with it in the Trial Mountain endurance race, because I won that endurance race with the Corvette. It had only an oil change and medium grip tires. You couldn't win the PD Cup with it, though. You need a race car to win that one, such as the S2000 LM, 'Vette C5R, Esperante GTR-1, 787B, etc.

... except that you can't use race cars in the PD cup. ;) And if you could, they'd be major overkill.

I haven't honestly tried the PD Cup in the Tuscan. But since I ran it successfully in a stock SVT Cobra, I'm sure that the TVR could handle it. Pretty much anything that will take the PD Cup will take the TME, and vice versa.

Yes. Easily. I came 2nd (same lap) on Trial 2hrs with an Integra Type-R, and won the PD Cup with it.

Famine is really fast though, so always estimate slower than his times...;)

Yeh, the Speed 6 should be able to win though, I've heard of much lesser cars winning the 2hrs as well as the PD Cup, so, I think it would.

I did PD Cup with the Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R also. I was going to race it without modifications like tire and oil, but I was mad when I saw my 384 HP was only 355 HP after I bought it so I did the oil change for 373 HP.

Oh no. Don't start. He's bad enough! :p :D

Back to the topic, the Tuscan is easily fast enough to win the trial mtn enduro and win all the PD cup races.

:D

I'm really not. I just have more patience... :D My 2 hour with the Integra had every flying lap within 2.5s of each other - which is what you want on enduros...

The Tuscan will definatly take it, & you'll have a georgeous(sp) car to look at besides!

BTW; Wildcard- Like your sig. cool commercial. What's the car in your avatar?

Consistency! That's my Waterloo. I recently ran a 15-lapper at Monaco with the 14 fast laps within about 1 second of each other, but that's the exception rather than the rule for me.

Excellent job on that run, Famine. That kind of concentration is what lets you chip away at the fast fast times.

...is a great car for some sideways action (if you like going slow)
Consistancy is certaily the key to doing an enduro (quickly)

I believe that that car is a Delfino Feroce, which is a new GRP convertible body attached to the chassis and mechanicals of a Mk1 Subaru Impreza Turbo.

Thanks, G.G.! I found the site. The car must be really light to accelerate 0-60 in 3.8! Seems it would handle nicely too. But the styling looks like something I drew in Junior High! Think those fog lites are big enough? I don't know, maybe the photos don't do it justice. I'd love to drive one, though.

Yeah, well it's an Impreza Turbo without a body or an interior, so lightness is on its side!

The lamps are an official Subaru option. You could get (and I had them on mine) a set of PIAA lamps that had enormous bulbs in them. Very useful for going very quickly at night. And for blinding cretins coming towards me with full beams on.
