TVR Sagaris skin + window banner fix for no.15 - skin

To install: drag and drop

the window banner was so bad on the number 15 i re did it all from scratch (not perfect due to mapping but alot better and closer to real life)

I have included the whole skin folder for number 15 so CM will install it properly

i havent included a pic of the banner i cannot take screenshots on my PC at the moment.

The new skin i have done is real but not 100% accurate due to the front end being a bit different i have also added a few stickers so it isnt so...
