Twin Ring Motegi - no longer available as DLC?

Back in the Spring I sold my PS3 and games thinking I'd grown tired of it.
Well, I saw a great deal on a PS3 bundle and $10 GT5 XL today and couldn't resist. And I may have even made a little money on the deal.

I have been able to re-download all the DLC I had previously purchased and even added the HSV-010. However, I cannot find Twin Ring to purchase on the list of available Add-Ons. Is it no longer available at all? Was it only available to purchase as part of the GT Academy?
Any help would be appreciated.
 
Sorry for highjacking this thread, but it seems that Motegi is not available for purchase in the German PSN Store, as it is not findable under GT5's game section.

Anybody know something else? Is it possible to buy it from the i.e. UK Store and then have it available for my German profile's game save?
