As long as it doesn't violate the AUP, any image can be attached. Search for smiley, pick a site with a bunch you like, bookmark it and save it for a rainy day.

No, you cannot insert flash files into posts here. (On a side note, I would strongly discourage anyone from downloading that software.) You can, however, insert any image into your post, including smiley images that are not in our database. I've also made GTPlanet's full collection of smilies available at gtplanet.net/forum/images/smilies/more.
