Not same, if you try vise versa for that both car, and you will get a sticker says "Battle Cancel" on your screen.. hehe

Inside C1
260 Even number of days
261 Any rainy day
262 1 week. That means 7, 14, 21 etc…days.
263 Just wander around.
264 Drive any Subaru to meet this wanderer.
265 Drive with MR-S to meet this wanderer.
266 Drive with MR-S, after beating No 265 and must be on Wednesday.

Outside C1
267 Must win 10 battle and above.
268 Every 3 days then the wanderer come out.
269 5 times on number of days. Example, 5, 10, 15, 20 days etc…
270 Near any exit to the parking area. (I don’t know which one also).
271 Stick Rolling Guy’s team sticker on your car.

125 Drive GT-R. Find it at any exit.
126 Defeat 100 rivals in Nagoya.

Tonaka left
128 Top speed must be over 300km/hr at any battle and will come out on Monday.
129 Drive any FF car with shift assist off.
130 Finish Osaka and Shotouku side rivals.

Osaka C1 up.
142 Come out on Sat and Sunday every week.
143 Come out on Sat and Sunday every week.

C1 Down
144 Defeat 142 and 143.
145 Come out on every 9 days.

C1 up
146 Press horn on some of the exit. I don’t which one. Have to find.
147 Go to any pit for 5 to 10 times. That means go in and out 5 to 10 times.

C1 down
148 Equipped car with muffler type 3 and above.
149 Place number plate elsewhere. Not in the central.

Wangan up

151 Drive any car with L shaped engine.
152 After 4th battle with rival, it will come in automatically.

Wangan Down
153 Will come out in 10 days. But have to follow like this. 1 day, end with 1 battle. 2 day, end with 2 battle. Up to 10 day, end with 10 battle.
154 Defeat team [Team Alpha].
155 After defeat rival 148, pause and set sound to the loudest.

Wangan Up
156 Own a Z33 or any Fairlady Z.

today i fineshed the game 100%
the last boss is ghost car wooooow
i beat him and he give me 1000000000 i thank gamefaqs and gtplanet because they really help me to beat this beautiful game
