You really need to work on your posts, start by using words rather than numbers, and also the correct use of capital letters. Like SPANK said, go and read the Acceptable Use Policy again, after all you agreed to it when you first joined, so you should know what it includes. What everyone means by OP (original post) is the first post on the first Page of this thread.
You need to put in more effort to your OP to make it stand out. You don't have to but you should do it to make a good impression with new people that may want to join your team in the future.
