WTF are you taliking about? did you even read my post? every car uses HP to drift, what do you think keeps the wheels spinning? This does not mean you need a lot of HP, just that the correct tire to HP synergy is necessary to have a balanced drift car. Sims are for low power drift cars, normals and sports are for medium HP range, and so on. I have a 500HP S14 (on normals), and it acts exactly like my 250HP S14 (on sims). It's all just a matter of finding the sweet spot with the tires, HP, suspension settings, and so on. ;)

I'm glad someone is paying attention. ;)

Flame war haha i command everyone to stand down cause i have the answer!!

Deciding which tires you want to use is up to you but some wokr better for others depending on your style. When i first started to drift i used a 1072hp skyline with Super Softs.A big no no. it wasmt the super softs that was a big no .it was the 1072hp r34 and me being a noob at that point so i switched to a nice rx7 with around 400hp on sims worked nice i even set one up for drift racing using tires with more grip so it really depends on style now i'm a very good drifter with more skill and understanding about setups and and techniques. I hope this was a good example and eventually your skill will move up and as you'll use sims on every car no matter what the hp is.
