How come some cars are greyed out, then when you enter the section to buy it, it says sold out?

I think that means you may already have the car? I could be wrong though.....

Are you sure your not on the OCD?

I believe it means you have allready bought the car from the UCD..

Did you?

It's worth pointing out that the UCD cycle changed completely with 1.06. If you'd bought any cars last time you played before the update, those UCD positions would be "sold out" in your save even if the post-update car is completely different.

Reports are this happens in the UCD...with cars you do not already own. Seems to be mostly very rare cars.

Have not seen it myself, but he's the 4th I've seen mention it.

There was 2 can't remember 1 but the other was a merc slr. Iv never bought it or ever owned one.

Deffo in UCD

I also noticed that at the top of the UCD screen it now says "By Dealer Acquisition". Does that mean anything? Is there a global market for the UCD now?

Is it the very first time you open UCD after installing the update? I had the same situation when I did so, and my UCD was completely different from what should be in my save.

this happens to me with a Mazda miata not a rare car i don't have the car and is grey out

it has always said that even before 1.05

Yes, that happed to me too. I thought it was just me!!

I've never bought the Opel Astra (team phoenix) Touring Car but it said sold out at that situation.

The other thing is that some of the greyed out cars don't have ticks next to them.

It's clearly because the cycle has been modified.

And those cars now come up with different colours to which before the update.

You can buy the car send it to yourself, reload, buy again!

I sure that the UCD cycle modify is bug fixing.
some cars never shown in each cycle, and after 1.06, they both get born:idea:
But another bug came out. Due to the cycle modify, some car had been replaced,
but the perchase statue haven't update, if you bought the original one before update,
and the new one you haven't own it , it will shown "sold out" without a "TICK".
Just pass six days , everything back to normal.

sorry, the "sure" I use it wrong:)
I correct it: I think.

but I have some suspect cars:
Honda PRELUDE SiR S spec '98
Toyota MR2 1600 G '86

maybe there have people already get it before 1.06.
but I passing over 1000 Days before update, I almost tracking
everyday to keep an eyes on both car, never seen one....

I think I have both...not sure about the Prelude but definitely the MR2 1600 G. I think I got it on day 3xxx, lol.

I can verify that after the update, I had two cars greyed out in my UCD that I do not own, and have never bought. When I clicked on them to see what was up, it said 'sold out' and not purchased. This is one of those nice touches I think. Being a used car dealership, perhaps you only get a certain window of opportunity now to purchase these cars before they become sold out. I know that prior to the update I hadn't entered a race for at least three days. Very interesting indeed.

There is also a problem for some users where a car they DON'T own is ticked (checked).

I guess these two bugs are related...and if they are the problem will sort itself out the next time the dealerships refresh.
