UCD update question.

I know some cars turn up more regular than others in the UCD but is there any set frequency?I`ve briefly read through the thread about this but since the update it doesnt seem to work.
I spent an hour last night (lol)cycling through the used cars looking for a Nismo 400R but never came up,Nismo 270R came up 3 times though!Some of the high end sports cars seem to turn up regular while others are few and far between.Any ideas?

I believe some show up once you reach a certain level.
