Ucd?

Probably another stupid question but is there anyway to manipulate what appears in your UCD, i.e drive japanese cars, japanese cars appear in UCD? Its just it would help me a lot lol, im asking now because ive been doing the japanese 90s seasonal and pretty much all im getting from my UCD is vauxhall/opel tigras?
 
The UCD rotation is fixed, and influenced by your console. Any account I create starts with the same 6 cars and any account a friend (with a different console) gets the same 6 different cars. The number of rotation sets is limited, mind you. This is why there can be a UCD Prediction database.

Hehe, it was meant as a joke ;)

But, DDAAVVIIDD82 is right.
The rotation of the UCD is fixed and the cars comes in a certain order.

Well thats just no good at all, i want some fun cars, im sick of daihatsus and tigras!
