I'm frequently having to back out of rooms in GT6 because the room has boost enabled. And these rooms seem to be popular because they're nearly full, and I'm not sure why. Are people fed up with the handling and want to be able to catch up after they've spun out? Or do they not even realize that boost is on?

Anyway, I don't begrudge anybody who likes boost[it can be very fun for a time] but just annoyed that I'm finding boost is far more commonplace than it was in GT5 and having to keep hunting around for different lobbies.

It's a choice. The real issue is that we can't filter lobbies well enough. I haven't fitted boost to a car yet and, while I can't say I never will, I never will :)

My boost is VTEC, VVT, MultiCam, Valvetronic, and MiVec. :D

For the OP, why don't you create a lobby of your own? I'm sure that you are not singular in your thinking and other people who care little for boost would join as well. NOS was like a stab at some cheap NFS party trick. Its not really a good feature, just an extra one. Its not used in races, as the only usable boost I know is the KERS system in F1 but besides that it doesn't really fit in to their whole clean cut image of a drivers game.

You have push to pass in indycars/scirroco cup/lemans cars have kers boost and a few.other championships think of at the moment
