Take a shot of two cars battling for position. 2 cars must be visible.

Cars: Any two
Tracks: Any
Phototravel: No
Poll size: 10

* Allowed photo editing tools: Resize. No other modifications allowed outside GT4 photomode.
* Use thumbnails to post your entry.
* You can post a preview image if you like, but it must be no bigger than 300x400 pixels.
* Note: No editing other than resize allowed in making the preview image either.
* You may change your final entry once, please edit your original post.
* Do not use an entry you have used in a previous competition.
* This competition will run in a two-week format: first a week open for entries, then another week for voting.
* The winner of the previous round will pick a theme for the round and choose 8 - 12 entries
for the the poll.
* If the winner does not reply within three days after a deadline the competition
owner can step in and move the comp forward.

* Don't forget to have fun!

We have to ask Beerz about that. For now I would use just two.

I have to say this comp is picking up some speed. Despite of all the controversy about the week 12 poll the big thing about it was that it was filled with good quality shots that worked specificly as un-edited photos. Looks like people are learning some new skills for this comp. And this week is looking good already. 👍

With this in mind I'll start using the 400x300 previews in the poll from now on, no reason go give these shots a poorer presentation in the poll than in other comps. Not posting a preview does in no way DQ you, but since it puts you in disatvantage you should try it anyway. If you don't know how to do a clickable preview PM me or ask here.

I sware this theme has come up before. oh well. at least i have a pic sutable for it
 
since I have limited photoshop skills, this sounds like where I belong. Here is my final entry. feedback always welcomed.

 
Right Now, i'd go for Empty Space's Elise.

I think it can be slightly improved if the car behind the silver one was a bit more visible

okay, here's mine..

All i did was i jumped on my R8, did a Family cup on Sarthe II, put on -1 diff. and i got slow LMs.. So now it looks like an easy competition. But then, every other car; Oreca Viper, Corvette C5R, GT40 LM, i took 'em out, really. I swerved them all off the road so the Zonda could be first and alone. So now with this photo, you can clearly see (without editing) that the rest of the competition is gone. This is why i'm calling this:

If the GT40 & R8 pic i have wasn't so blurry, i would've used that one instead
 
Willy Burns & HUNGWELL - Instead of posting a thumbnail as your entry, resize the image to 300x400 and post that as a preview. Or, if you must post a thumbnail, use ImageShack's option of removing the size / resolution bar from it. ;)

Yes, posting a preview is an advantage. But you should still have a thumbnail to the full size image, or use the preview as a clickable link to the full size image. Meaning that you need two versions of your shot, the full sized and the 300x400 preview. I'll post instructions for new members later.

I spotted the C5R wayyyy in the back. Awesome picture, though.
